Our story began with a simple belief: that plant-based eating shouldn’t be about compromise. It should be a joyful adventure in taste and texture. We saw a world of flavour waiting to be unlocked, and we chose the incredible, versatile seitan as our key. Here, in our bustling workshop, surrounded by the artistry and energy of our fellow makers at Gabriel's Wharf, we lovingly craft our signature seitan products.

We are FED BY PLANTS, and our mission is to feed you with food that excites the senses and nourishes the soul. We meticulously develop our recipes, balancing smoky notes with sweet, and gentle heat with aromatic herbs, to create products that are ready to become the hero of your home cooking.
